André has over 16 years of experience in advising personnel services for international corporations. He previously worked as a product manager in the industry for just as long and started his working life with an apprenticeship as an electrician.
The situation of skilled labor shortage and his accumulated expertise have driven him to bring together the advantages of all areas.

He made the start for Handwerk Connected possible and set important impulses.
André has no active role in Handwerk Connected. If required, however, he will continue to provide advice to the team with his expertise in the area of personnel services.
Nicole Dunker
Nicole has more than 12 years of experience with a well-known heating manufacturer in the areas of marketing, sales, e-commerce and digitization. During this time, she brought some new momentum to the market and successfully implemented it. She always had a lot of fun with a direct exchange with the craft and the market:

Nicole is part of the founding team of Handwerk Connected and also leads our HC team as Managing Director.
Andreas Urban
As a graduate in Business Informatics (FH), Andreas has been gaining extensive experience in various projects in various industries in Germany and abroad for more than 15 years. In addition to his self-employment, he worked as a product manager and IT manager in various companies.

Natascha Swientek
Natascha was able to gain 19 years of experience with a well-known heating manufacturer in marketing and sales after completing a banking apprenticeship and studying business administration. This experience was rounded off by a time in international marketing. Throughout her time, she focused on the close exchange and the targeted development of future-oriented services and services, together with the specialized trade. As a friend of open and honest words, her words of direct exchange with the trade partners were and are particularly important.
